In order to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our pension, please, read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to sending your order and send your order with taking into consideration the following. Thank you!

Booking is finalized if the reception confirms your booking; please, pay special attention to giving your data. The service provider reserves the rights to ask for advance money when you are booking your accommodation. The amount payable will be indicated on the confirmation. Money can be transferred free of charge from any of the K&H branches, can be paid on a pink cheque, with bank transfer and in the form of holiday cheque.

We are giving discounts for teams, bigger companies! Ask for our tailor- made offers.
We are paying commissions fees to tourist offices!

Arrival and departure

Rooms can be occupied only after 14:00 and shall be left till 10:00. If you are arriving only after 18:00, please, inform us in advance!

In special cases we are charging extra fee for early arrival and late departure, the rate of which is 50 % of the room price. Please, ask for a quote!

Our prices do not include the tourist tax, the rate of which can be found at the room types.

We are providing half- and full board services in our restaurant, where our guests can choose from two menus. Actual prices can be found in the menu offers.

The rooms of our pension and the corridors are non-smoking areas! Designated smoking area can be found outside the reception door (on the right side). Number of the smoking rooms is limited. If you require a smoking room, please, indicate in your order! If the housemaid visiting your room finds evidences of smoking, she is liable to report it to the management – the guest shall pay cleaning fee, the rate of which is the price of the room for one day.

Please, confirm your booking after receiving our confirmation letter in e-mail, fax or telephone, with taking into consideration the present terms!

Cancellation

In special cases the service provider can depart from this rule, pl.: in different seasons, but these are indicated in the confirmation letter!

  • Beyond 21 days – free of charge
  • 21-14 days – 30 %
  • 13-7 days – 50 %
  • 6-1 days – 75 %

Payment terms: cash, holiday cheque or bank card on the spot or transfer in advance.

Rules

  1. The price of the room for one day includes a stay from 14:00 on the day of arrival till 10:00 on the following day. If you would like to prolong your stay, please indicate on the reception till 10:00. Failing to do so, or you do not leave the room till 10:00, the service provider is entitled for charging the price of the room. The service provider is not obliged to accept the extension request if there was no prior agreement with the guests or there are no other commitments.
  2. Please, verify your identity, in line with the legal regulations, prior to occupying the room. The registry sheet shall be filled in! No one can stay in the hotel without registering at the reception.
  3. It is not compulsory, but recommended to give back the key to the reception, when you are leaving temporarily your room.
  4. Breakfast in the restaurant from 08:00 till 10:00.
  5. Dinner in the restaurant from 18:00 till 22:00. Service provider can depart from this in case of an agreement (e.g.: half board can be used dinner).
  6. Visitors can be hosted in the rooms but only after the approval of the reception.
  7. Rooms shall be used only for the designated purposes. It is prohibited to use electrical appliances (except hair dryer and electric razor) or to store flammable materials in the room. Guests are liable for damages resulted by usage not for the designated purposes and by imprudence. The rooms of our pension and the corridors are non-smoking areas! Designated smoking area can be found outside the reception door (on the right side).
  8. Any damages shall be reported at the reception immediately.
  9. The service provider has a lien against the guest if it has invoice payment or damage claims. If you have any questions or queries, please tell us your complaints on the 30/9466-689 phone number or report it at the reception in writing or in words.
  10. In case of fire or other emergency, please call the FIRE DEPARTMENT: 105 and then inform the reception of the hotel or call the +3630/9466-689 phone number.

Complaints

In case of complaints, guests can make a complaint in writing at the reception of the hotel till the date of departure.
The hotel is obliged to investigate the complaints within 3 days and react on them.

Damages

In line with the legal regulations, the hotel is responsible for the damages caused the service provider. If the guest fails to make a complaint, loses its rights for damages.
